The mission of the Hillsborough/Millstone Municipal Alliance also known as BoroAWARE is to change lives and save lives by empowering our community to help manage and deter substance abuse and related issues through education, awareness, resource deployment, and advocacy.
The Hillsborough-Millstone Municipal Alliance also known as BoroAWARE is a volunteer group of dedicated individuals sharing information and resources so that our community continues to operate with a STIGMA-free mindset to assist those individuals who may be experiencing circumstances related to alcoholism and drug addiction. These conditions can be successfully prevented and treated, in an environment that promotes and protects the mental, social, and physical health of the whole community.
